When did you know you wanted to be a chef?
Since I was 10 years old. I always loved seeing my mom cooking.
What are your hobbies outside of the kitchen?
Boating, work out and traveling.
Everyone remembers their first encounter with burrata. What is yours?
My first encounter was truly explosive, I was expecting the traditional texture and taste
of a mozzarella, but I was impressed by the milky flavor and the creamy deliciousness of the burrata.
If you could make dinner for one person, who would it be?
It would definitely be for my father.
What is your favorite dish to cook and why?
I love to cook spaghetti in the most traditional and simple ways with fresh tomato, basil, garlic and olive oil. It is so good, simple and fresh, and full of great nutrients for your body.
I also have a weak spot for pizza, and I like to come up with interesting recipes and creations that will make Nonno's pizzeria the joint to hit in the Chino area!
