When did you know you wanted to be a chef?
At a very young age when at home every meal was an opportunity to gather with friends and family, to eat, drink and laugh.
What are your hobbies outside of the kitchen?
Spending time at the beach, surfing.
Everyone remembers their first encounter with burrata.What is yours?
Probably at age 5, at home, drizzeled with olive oil and a salad of fresh tomato.
If you could make dinner for one person, who would it be?
My grandfather , I wish he could see what I have become.
What is your favorite dish to cook and why?
Pasta. Growing up it was on the table at every meal and every occasion.
