When did you know you wanted to be a chef?
By the time I could see over the counter in my kitchen as a kid I knew it was my path.
What are your hobbies outside of the kitchen?
Yoga, beach, health & nutrition, hiking, swimming, camping, anything outdoors and involves adrenaline!
What were you looking for in a ricotta that you found in Di Stefano Cheese?
Freshness, flavor and texture, really highlights the Olio Nuovo so well which is the freshest oil you can buy in the US and only comes out once a year at the beginning of the harvest season.
If you could make dinner for one person, who would it be?
What is your favorite dish to cook and why?
Kitchari, a Northern Indian Lentil dish, it is full of spices and ghee which make it super flavorful but also healthy and delicious and easy to digest. I can make a batch of this and eat it all week! I love indigenous foods from around the world
