Squash blooms 10 flowers
Di Stefano Cheese Mozzarella 450g
Lukewarm water 550g
1) Cut Di Stefano Cheese mozzarella into small pieces and mix together with anchovies
2) Put mozzarella(45g) and anchovy mixture into squash bloom(1)
3) Mix Flour, Salt, Yeast, Sugar and Luke warm water together, making a batter.
4) Dip the squash bloom into mixture
